Workshop Series: October Nettles Nourishing Infusion Challenge

Nettles Workshop Series Begins Sunday October 4, 2026! 

Join this month’s 14-day Nettles Nourishing Infusion Challenge and discover the virtues of this incredibly nutritious, chlorophyll-rich plant—as well as the benefits of creating a daily herbal ritual.

A nourishing infusion is a concentrated herbal preparation made by steeping dried herbs in hot water for 4-8 hours for maximum extraction of vitamins, minerals, and other beneficial constituents from the plant material. Regular consumption of nourishing infusions can support overall vitality. 

Registration reserves your spot and herbs! If you’ve been feeling called to get to know herbs one plant at a time, this is a great place to start! You’ll have the added bonus of doing this in community, and alongside an herbalist. 

Here’s how it works:

September 17th - Oct 3rd: Pick-up your 8oz bag of dried nettles at Gathered Botanicals during store business hours, and join the online community on Practice Better to watch the pre-recorded webinar all about Nettles! 

October 4th- 17th: The Nourishing Infusion Challenge. For these two weeks, you’ll make and drink a nourishing infusion each day with locally grown and dried nettles from Golden Hour Farms. You’ll receive daily email support, guidance, and encouragement from clinical herbalist, Camilla Voelker, to help you stay connected to the practice of making herbal nourishment a part of your daily life.

October 19: Celebrate completing the challenge! We will end the challenge with community time at Gathered Botanicals where we will discuss our findings, and observations of working with this singular herb. 

What's included in your registration:

• 8oz bag of dried organic, locally grown Stinging Nettles (Urtica dioica). 

• Participants must be able to pick up herbs from the shop between Sept 17-Oct 3. Shipping of herbs is an option if arranged and paid for ahead of time.
