Shipping policy

1. Processing Time
Orders take 1-3 days of processing. Orders are processed during regular shop hours Wednesday-Saturday. 

2. Shipping Rates
Calculated shipping rates are provided at checkout. 

3. Domestic Shipping Times
General estimated shipping times for the US is 2-8 days depending on the carrier, and services selected. 

4. Local Pickup 

Local pick up is available same day during regular shop hours Wednesday - Saturday.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages
Delays with carriers are outside of our control. Please contact the carrier directly with concerns. 

6. Address Errors
We are not responsible for the customers entering the incorrect shipping information, and do not offer a replacement for address errors. 

7. Damaged Items
Please contact aubrey@shopgatheredbotanicals.com with pictures, and a description of any damage to items during shipping.
