Workshop 02/20/27: Facial Lymphatic Techniques with Rooted in Wellness Spa

Join us for a hands-on class exploring ways to move the facial lymphatic fluid at home and simple ways to support your body’s natural flow. Together we will learn about the benefits of lymphatic massage, a gentle technique that encourages the movement of lymph fluid, to reduce feelings of facial puffiness and support healthy fluid circulation.

In this class we will be highlighting and working with facial lymphatic dry brushes. Guests will learn how to properly use a lymphatic dry brush, practice gentle lymphatic drainage techniques, and some practical tools to incorporate into your daily self-care routine. 

Bring your own facial lymphatic dry brush, or purchase one from the shop. Come with a cleanse face if desired, or Gathered Botanicals Skincare will be available to cleanse at the shop before the class. 

About the Instructor:

Larissa is a licensed esthetician with 8 years of experience and a passion for holistic wellness, intentional care, and all things skin. Inspired by the healing power of nature and the mind-body connection, she believes in a holistic approach that nurtures both inner and outer well-being. Her goal is to help every client achieve their best skin while leaving feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and deeply cared for.
