Ease into your weekend with a delicious, creative experience that blends gentle movement with seasonal herbal mocktail making. This class is designed to help you unwind, explore new herbal flavors and benefits in a relaxed, and social atmosphere together.
The class will be split into two groups and rotate between our upstairs yoga studio and the herbal wellness shop below. One half begins with 30 minutes of gentle flow yoga, focusing on slow and restorative movement to promote deep physical and mental relaxation. The other half takes place in the shop, where you’ll learn how to craft delicious, supportive herbal mocktails using seasonally appropriate herbs, and simple techniques you can easily recreate at home.
After both groups have rotated, everyone will gather in the shop to create their own unique herbal mocktail, sip, and enjoy the space together.
Please bring a yoga mat.
