Workshop: 05/17/25 Lymphatic Rituals: Reconnecting to Self Through Dry Brushing + Herbal Support with Alchemy Esthetic Studio

Dry brushing is so much more than a forgotten tool tucked in the back of a drawer—it's an act of devotion to your body, a gentle yet powerful way to return home to yourself. When I first discovered the magic of dry brushing, it awakened a whole new awareness of how vibrant and supported my body could feel with consistent care.

In this workshop with Jordyn Zank of Alchemy Esthetic Studio we’ll explore dry brushing as a sacred, lymphatic ritual—something you can easily fold into your daily life to support detoxification, immune function, and overall vitality. I’ll guide you through a full-body technique to activate your lymphatic system with intention, helping you create a meaningful practice that energizes and reconnects you with your body’s innate wisdom.

We’ll also ground the experience with herbal support. Aubrey with Gathered Botanicals will share how to incorporate seasonal teas and tinctures that beautifully complement lymphatic care—from inside and out. We'll touch on how to mindfully weave these offerings into your self-care rituals with purpose, whether it’s starting your morning with a clearing blend or enhancing your skincare routine with nourishing botanicals.

Come dressed in short sleeves, shorts/dress or whatever makes you feel most at ease—there will be a full-body demonstration, and guests can follow along but observing is absolutely welcome. Everyone will walk away with the knowledge to apply at home.This workshop is for anyone seeking to feel more connected, more present, and more empowered in their wellness.

Bring your own dry brush if you already have one. Or a variety  of brushes are available for purchase at the event for anyone who needs one.
