Join herbal educator, Camilla Voelker in discovering all the herbal medicine all around us! Come learn about six plants found in our cupboards and gardens that offer support during the cold and flu season.

In this class we will taste different preparations of the plants such as herbal syrups, broths, herbal honeys and infusions, and experience the plant's energetics. We will discuss how to use each plant in your home apothecary (which preparation is best for which conditions), share recipes and more!

There is free street parking around the shop off of Bradford ave, and College ave.
