Workshop:05/18/25 Calming Kava- A Tasting, Learning, and Meditative Session with Gathered Botanicals and Sage Sounds

Curious about Kava? Join us for a tasting, learning and meditative session with this traditional ceremonial Pacific Island root.  Kava can be incredibly supportive in managing stress and anxiety, and is used traditionally in celebratory settings. Experience kava in powder, tincture and tea form while relaxing in a meditative sound bath provided by Sage Sounds. Together we will discuss recipes for kava enjoyment in both beverages and tincture forms. 

Please bring a cushion, yoga mat, or blanket to be comfortable as we plan to spend our time seated on the floor in a special group circle.

There is free street parking around the shop off of Bradford ave, and College ave. There is one designated handicap parking space in the back of the building. Shop is wheelchair-accessible.
