Workshop: 02/22/25 Hormones & Herbs with Ashley Goodwin

Join us for a class with Holistic Hormone & Reproductive Health Educator, Ashley Goodwin. In this class we will discover effective herbal remedies that can help support overall hormonal health. Guests will enjoy sipping on herbal tea and getting to know some of these herbs better through different medians of tinctures, capsules, teas or infused in oils. We will explore each herb's general characteristics, contraindications, specific uses, and when to use it in sync with your cycle.

There is free street parking around the shop off of Bradford ave, and College ave. There is one designated handicap parking space in the back of the building. Shop is wheelchair-accessible.
