Workshop 01/04/25 Ear Seed + Chinese Medicine with Grand Wellness

Come learn about Chinese Medicine and ear seeds! Ear seeds are small stickers that contain a seed that is placed on specific acupressure points in the ear to stimulate other parts of the body. This event is perfect for anyone looking to add something simple, yet very beneficial to their wellness routine! Vikki Nestico, acupuncturist and owner of Grand Wellness will be joining us to teach you what ear seeds are, the difference between ear seeds, acupressure, and acupuncture, the benefits of ear seeds, and how to apply/use them. At the end of the event, she will be around to help you place some ear seeds that will benefit you during the Winter season. You will also get guides for different acupressure points to take home. Aubrey will have a cup of tea to sip on and have discounted ear seed kits to buy at the event.
