We invite you to a special sound bath, acupuncture, and plant medicine event designed to help you pause, reflect, and cultivate a sense of appreciation of yourself and the season. As the leaves continue to turn and fall to the ground, our focus will be on creating a nurturing morning of gratitude and deep relaxation. Erin McNeely with Sage Sounds will play a variety of instruments while Vikki Nestico from Grand Wellness places therapeutic needles on each participant to help tap into the body's healing potential. Aubrey with Gathered Botanicals will serve multiple herbal remedies to help support our bodies and mind. There will be a time for reflection, journaling, questions, and shopping.
Dress cozy and get ready to relax! Please be sure to bring a yoga mat and two blankets or pillows. One for your head and one for under your knees to support you during our time on the floor.

There is free street parking around the shop off of Bradford ave, and College ave. There is one designated handicap parking space in the back of the building.
