Workshop: 10/12/25 Acupuncture, Sound Bath, and Herbal Remedies with Grand Wellness, Sage Sounds, and Gathered Botanicals

We invite you to a special sound bath, acupuncture, and plant medicine event designed to help gently guide into the Fall season. Fall begins the transition into a deeper yin energy. It’s the perfect time to release what no longer serves you in preparation for the peaceful stillness of winter. Our focus will be on supporting emotional balance, giving your immune system a boost and aligning your body with autumn's natural rhythm. 

Erin McNeely with Sage Sounds will play a variety of instruments while Vikki Nestico from Grand Wellness places therapeutic needles on each participant to help tap into the body's healing potential. Aubrey with Gathered Botanicals will serve multiple herbal remedies to help support our bodies and mind. There will be a time for reflection, journaling, questions, and shopping. Dress cozy and get ready to relax!

Please be sure to bring a yoga mat and any blanket or pillows you would like for support for our time on the floor.
