Workshop: 04/13/25Acupuncture, Sound Bath, and Herbal Remedies with Grand Wellness and Gathered Botanicals

Spring is here! We invite you to a special sound bath, acupuncture, and plant medicine event designed for this time of growth and renewal. Erin McNeely will guide you through gentle movements to ground the body and to get your Liver Qi moving. As Erin plays a variety of instruments, Vikki Nestico from Grand Wellness will place therapeutic needles on each participant to help tap into the body’s healing potential during the sound bath. Aubrey with Gathered Botanicals will serve multiple herbal remedies to help support our bodies and organs during this season. There will be a time for reflection, journaling, questions, and shopping. Dress cozy and get ready to relax! Please bring a yoga mat and any blanket or pillows you would like for support for our time on the floor.
